Preparations for Your Charter Experience
To ensure you have the best day possible on the water with Party Barge Charters LLC, we ask that you review the following information before your trip. Proper preparation means a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone on board.
Please arrive prepared with the following personal items:
- Sunscreen (spray sunscreen must be applied off the boat)
- Towels
- Swimsuit
- Snorkeling Gear
- Shell Bag (for collecting shells)
- Food & Drinks (BYO—bring your own)
- Hat
- Sunglasses
- Boat-Appropriate Shoes (non-marking soles preferred)
- Water Shoes
- Dry Bag (to keep valuables safe from splashes)
We will have a large cooler with ice and water available onboard to store your refreshments.
Where to Meet
Your captain will meet you at the designated boat ramp located at:
1059 N Tamiami Trail
Sarasota, Florida
Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early to allow time for loading and orientation.
If you’ve forgotten any last-minute essentials, the following locations are nearby:
- Publix at Broadway Promenade
- Sunoco/Seven-Eleven Gas Station (across from the boat ramp)
What to Expect Onboard
During your cruise, expect the following:
- Light splashing from waves while cruising
- Direct sun exposure, high heat, and humidity
- Hydration and sun protection are essential for safety and comfort
- A cooler with ice and water is provided onboard
- Guests are welcome to bring additional drinks and snacks
We recommend dressing for the weather and bringing extra water, especially on hotter days.
